Itinerary 14 DAYS Everes Basecamp Expedition – English Edition

10 October 2019: Arrival in Kathmandu

11 October 2019: Kathmandu- Lukla- Phakding

We take a early morning flight to lukla. It will take around 35-40 minutes. After we reach Lukla then we will hike to Phakding. It will take around 3-4 hours.

12 October 2019: Phakding- Namche Bazaar 

After breakfast,  we walk through the magnificent forest of rhododendron with memorable views in the riverside. It takes about 5-6 hours to reach Namche from Phakding. 

13 October 2019: Acclimatisation day in Namche Bazaar

Early morning we will take breakfast and walk one and half hour to Everest view hotel where we can see one of the best views of Mount Everest and all the Himalayan ranges. After returning from hotel Everest view, you can rest and in the evening you may visit the local museum containing exhibits displaying the area’s native flora and fauna with Namche  market as well as the history of Mount Everest region.

14 October 2019: Namche Bazaar- Tengboche(3867m)

Around 8 am, we will walk to Tengboche. During the walk, we will have unforgettable views of Mount Everest , Nuptse,Lhotse, Cholatse, Amadablam, Thamserku and so on. Tengboche is one of the traditional place. You can enjoy great Tibetan monasteries and lots of monks as well. 

15 October 2019: Tengboche- Dingboche (4,481m)

A walk to Dingboche consists of a trek from beginning to end forest filled with varieties of lush trees- birch, conifers and rhododendron. 

16 October 2019: Acclimatisation day in Dingboche 

Today, we can hike to Chukung valley and experience various beautiful views of Himalayan ranges and special views of Island peak , Amadablam and many more. 

17 October 2019: Dingboche- Lobuche (4930m)

It is the continuation of the ascent, climbing up to the terminal debris of Khumbu glacier and crossing the row of stone monuments. It is a 3-4 hour journey. 

18 October 2019: Lobuche- Gorak Shep ( 5160m ) – Base camp (5365m) 

We need to start our walk early morning around 7 am. After arrival in Gorakshep, we will take lunch and walk to Everest Base Camp. It takes around 4 hours to go and return to Gorakshep. 

19 October 2019: Gorakshep- Periche ( 4283m)

We wake up early in the morning around 4 am and hike to Kalapathar. We can observe one of the most close up and formidable sunrise views from Kalapathar. After that, we return back to hotel and take breakfast and walk down to Periche.

20 October 2019: Periche- Namche Bazaar 

Once again, we can see the magnificent forest and rhododendron views.

21 October 2019: Namche Bazaar- Lukla

It is easy descend to Phakding. People can enjoy the best Himalayan drinks and local wine with last mountain foods.

22 October 2019: Lukla – Kathmandu 

It will be morning flight to Kathmandu which takes around 35-40 minutes. 

23 October 2019: Departure from Kathmandu to Indonesia

24 October 2019: WELCOME TO INDONESIA, Jakarta.

Meskipun Open Trip Everest Basecamp kali ini manjalita, itu hanya salah satu kemudahan belaka di saat kamu sudah memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut:

1. Sehat jasmani rohani, mulai berolahraga mumpung masih bulan Juli. Trek Everest, meskipun gua sendiri belum pernah ke sana, denger-denger masuknya medium-hard, jadi pastikan badan aman sehat sentosa bahagia
2. Paspor aktif hingga 2020. Tentu, sebaiknya dikau ganti paspor maksimal 6 bulan sebelum masa berlaku habis.
3. Persiapkan obat-obatan pribadi, kamu yang tahu penyakitmu sendiri. Peralatan pribadi juga wajib, terutama yang anget-anget dan yang mampu melindungi diri dari dingin (kemungkinan hingga minus derajat)
4. Doa restu dari orang tua hingga semesta.
